This Privacy Policy explains how onehitgame ("we", "us", or "the developer"), operated by Ngo Duc Duy, handles information in connection with the mobile game Gummy Adventure ("the Game", package com.onehitgame.gummyadventure). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described below.

2. Information collected

We strive to keep data collection to a minimum. The Game itself does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, or contact details. However, the Game uses third-party services that may automatically collect certain information to deliver ads and process purchases:

  • Advertising Device advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID), IP address, device type and operating system, language and approximate (country/region-level) location, and data about your interaction with ads. This is used to serve, cap, and measure advertisements.
  • Purchases When you buy in-app items, the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing. We receive confirmation of the purchase (such as the product purchased and an order ID) but we do not receive or store your full payment card number or financial credentials.
  • Gameplay Game progress and settings may be stored locally on your device. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be used to fix bugs and improve the Game.

  • To process and verify in-app purchases.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
  • To maintain and improve the Game's performance and features.

6. Children's privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where ads are served to users who may be children, we instruct our ad partners to serve non-personalized ads in accordance with applicable law (including COPPA and GDPR).
